In September 2008, Julian Redford and Thomas Hart opened Hartford’s Bakery to produce top quality traditionally made bread for Wicklow. In addition to a growing list of wholesale customers (pubs, restaurants, delis, etc) the bakery now has retail outlets in Wicklow, Exton, Oakham, Market Harborough, West Bridgford and Stamford.
